Reflections of time and change

STG has been
blessed with the fortitude to spiral around the wheel for over 10 years
now and like most groups that "stick around" we have been
through our good times, our heartaches and definitely some
serious challenges. All of these experiences have taught us
lesson
that we hopefully embraced to the best of our ability at the
time. In the past, we have hunkered
down to re-plant our roots; other times we did quite the
opposite and forged ahead taking the preverbal God by the Horns.
Looking back, some things could have been done differently; as
we have made our share of mistakes too, but we always
tried to learn the lesson from them. Either way..... we
are still here!
In any
tradition, coven, organization and even in our own personal
life; change is inevitable. Change can be a trusted friend...or your worst
enemy... depending on your view point. At STG, we have
been blessed to not be afraid of embracing needed changes. We have learned that spiraling around the wheel teaches us the
lessons of not only birth, life and death and our own mirrored
reflection to it, but also of the subtle lessons of
awareness; that intuitive ability to "see" what works, and learning
the gentle art of letting go of the ways that no longer suit our
Grove the future of it or the members in it. We then
learned to "step" into the future; embracing the lessons
of the path and the magic of the unknown.

So, as of Feb 2011, STG ( the
main Grove) has made changes to work within a more formalized
Wiccan structure. (The WebPages will reflect these changes soon)
We all believe that integrating this "new" format will
sprinkle some light and freshness upon an ol' established Grove;
bringing our members greater connection to each other, to our
own individual Paths while allowing us to keep our feet
firmly planted within the Tradition of Spiral Tree Grove.
So, if you don't see us
around, or see our large community events, or large new members
meetings posted, this is why. Spiral Tree
Grove and it's members are STILL here, and from time to time we will
open our doors to embrace a few new serious seekers, but for now,
we are reinforcing and enjoying our own STG community.
To all of our pagan friends;
sisters and brothers, hopefully along our travels to large
events, public outing, workshops in the community.. we will see
you and once again share in old and new memories. We will keep
in touch!
Merry Meet-Merry Part-Merry
Meet Again!
In Truth,
Trust and Love...
Cheryl :-)
