Introduction
Berkana Grove is a small established "daughter " Grove of Spiral Tree Grove -Church of the Earth. We focus primarily on the deities and cultures of Northern Europe, but in a Wiccan format.
We are a regularly practicing group, meeting about once a month (or more) to celebrate holidays and rituals specific to the Northern Path ( Norse, Celtic, Sami, Rus, and Pict). Since we are a daughter grove to Spiral Tree Grove, we will celebrate our traditional Wiccan Sabbats with them, therefore all members of Berkana grove would also hold membership as an Outer Grove Member of Spiral Tree Grove.
Opportunities for independent as well as mutual study and self growth are encouraged, and formal training in the Spiral Tree Grove tradition as an apprentice, would be considered on a case by case basis, in the future.

Potential Members should have the following to be considered for Berkana Grove...
* A familiarity with Wicca, Asatru, or Paganism.
* A working knowledge of meditation, grounding, and centering.
* An abiding interest in Norse and Northern European deities and culture.
* A willingness to learn, and to share insights with others.
* A decent sense of time (we do not run on pagan standard time).
